What is curbside pickup? Curbside Pickup is a service the library is offering beginning Monday, May 18. You may call the library 508.823.1344 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org to request items from the RAYNHAM collection. We will place the items in a labeled bag in the front lobby for you to pickup. Limit of 10 items per request.
I checked out items prior to the library closure. What happens when they are due?
You may return items through our outside book drop. All library materials currently checked out will be automatically renewed, and all late fees will be suspended.
What if I checked out a device, an item from another library in SAILS, or an item requested via the Commonwealth Catalog?
Devices, items from other SAILS libraries,or Commonwealth Catalog items will also be renewed for the duration of our closure and no fines will be charged.
I had holds waiting for me before the library closed, can I come get them?
We will contact you and arrange a date for curbside pickup.
When will you reopen?
With the rapidly changing circumstances of COVID-19, we are closely monitoring the official recommendations from city, state and federal agencies. We do not know when we will reopen for full service, but encourage you to continue to check our website and Facebook page for updates.
I want to use the library’s electronic resources but don’t know my PIN or password. Can I reset it?
Yes! At the left of our homepage, you should see an I want to… . Click on the “Get PIN Manage Account” link ( or click here) and enter your library card number or username, and if you have a valid email address associated with your account, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. You can also leave us a message at 508.823.1344 and someone will return your call to help reset your PIN over the phone.
I don’t have a library card. Can I get one? You can get a temporary card good for 2 months in order to access our collection of ebooks, e-audiobooks, and more. Click here to get a temporary card.
