Download these apps to search our catalog, watch streaming video, read magazines, listen to music and check-out ebooks.  These are available free from your app store.


Sails Library Mobile App

Access the Sails catalog on your mobile device using the SAILS app. Search the SAILS’ catalog by title, author, subject, or general keyword and place holds on interesting items. Manage your account:  view your checked-out items, holds, fines, and account information. Pay fines online with a credit card. Search by barcode.  Connect to the library’s website, and capture your library barcode. Use the self-check feature to by-pass the Circulation Desk. Get the SAILS Mobile app in the Google Play and Apple stores.

 

OverDrive: e-books, e-audiobooks, e-magazines

Use Libby, the Overdrive app, to download e-books, e-audiobooks and magazines to a broad range of devices. Download the Libby information brochure.

Find Overdrive titles in our online catalog, or in the Overdrive app. You now have access to Overdrive collections in all the state’s library networks. Log in with your library barcode number and PIN number to borrow titles. The quickest way to resolve most problems is with Overdrive’s self-help website.

 

Hoopla: Streaming video, e-books, comics, TV shows, e-audiobooks

Hoopla offers a broad selection of streaming and downloadable media – movies, music, e-books, audiobooks, comics and TV shows – for iOS, Android and Kindle Fire. Download the app to borrow up to 10 items each month.

Find Hoopla content in our online catalog, at hoopladigital.com, or on the app. Use your library card number, PIN and email address to create an account. Hoopla’s support site offers solutions to most common problems.

 

Tumblebooks

TumbleBooks are animated, talking picture books which teach kids the joy of reading in a format they’ll love. TumbleBooks are created by taking existing picture books, adding animation, sound, music and narration to produce an electronic picture book which you can read, or have read to you.  You’ll also find National Geographic videos, llanguage learning and puzzles and games.Get the Tumblebooks app to read animated picture books on your mobile device.
