The meeting room is primarily available to support library programs and functions that further the goals of the library. When not being used by the library, the room is available to established Raynham community groups. Eligible use of the meeting room is restricted to non-profit organizations not associated with any political movement, activity or affiliation, or to elected officials acting in their official capacity.
The meeting room has seating for 40 people.
Application for the use of the meeting room should be made to the Library Director as far in advance as possible.
Groups will be charged for the use of the facilities. The rental cost of the room is $25.00 per day. In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws (MGL C93; S40A), a $25.00 fee will be assessed for returned checks.
The Raynham Public Library begins the reopening phase that allows for limited capacity in the building by appointment on Wednesday, July 8. You cannot enter the library without an appointment.
HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
You can schedule a 30-minute appointment up to three days in advance on the library’s event calendar or by calling 508.823.1344. Appointments can be made between 10:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Monday-Wednesday, 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday and Saturday, and Friday, 10:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Curbside pickup is still available by request. You do not need to enter the building (or make a reservation) for curbside pickup in the front lobby. All Holds are considered Curbside.
