To renew an item, login to My Account in the catalog. Check the items you wish to renew or Select All. Click the renew button and confirm the renewal. The new Due Date will appear in the right column. If the item can not be renewed, the message will appear.
You may also renew items over the phone by calling 508.823.1344.
You may pay for fines at the library’s Circulation Desk or by credit card in My Account.
To pay by credit card:
The system accepts major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, Diners Club, and American Express. Debit cards may be used if they have a credit card symbol but otherwise they are not accepted. PayPal accounts are also not accepted.
Your account should be cleared as soon as the payment is submitted and you receive a confirmation number.
There is a 50 cent charge per transaction.
You PIN or Personal Identification Number is the last four digits of the contact phone listed in your account. Forgot your PIN? Get it here.
Keep your account up-to-date. This will prevent login and Holds issues in the future. Have a new e-mail address, or a new contact phone? Update your account.
